Performance and price
Price give an indication of prive and can change and updates. They will be confirmed at the time of finally booking. Costs include linen (bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen), services and facilities. Daily cleaning and washing dishes not included.
Heating not include in the price but you can pay if you need.
Meals not include.
Upon your arrival you will find a ‘Welcome kit’ with shower soap, soap and toilet paper to start your holiday confortable. We don’t provide equippement to all holiday. We don’t provide food product too.
Arrival and departure

Departure before 10
Please confirm your arrival the day before. If you can’t arrive on this time, ease, write us and we can arrange a special check-in.
Luggage storage on request
It’s possible to stay al day of the departure in the apartment if it’s available or in the agriturismo on the pool. Extra payment is 20€ a person.
Contract
You can book online or WhatsApp. You will receive confirmation as soon as possible. When you receive reply we require 100€ prepyment. The balance will be pay on arrival by cash or credit card.
In case of cancellation, 100€ will be not refund but become a voucher to use in the next 12 mounhs.
In case if cancellation by Agriturismo Summer due to a natural disaster, fire, dammage…the total you pay will be refund and we try to help you to find a new place to stay.
If your arrival or you deluvery change due to personal reasons, strikes and so on but not due to Agriturismo Summer reasons younhav eto pay total of holiday and we can’t refund you.
If you find something not correct on arrival or during holiday please contact as soon as possible our staff.
House rules
Number of people in the apartment is limited to a number of people declared in yha booking. Staff can limited the access to extra people.
Tenant has to respect normal tea to respect the Agriturismo and the neighbors.
Swimming pool is not guarded. Kids can’t stay alone. Please respect the normal rules of the bather.
Pets can stay with you but in all moment with a leashand not alone in the Agriturismo. In the swimming pool they can stay on the green area and not on the sunbeds.
Not attributed responsabilities to Agriturismo Summer
- Negligence and omissions by others
- Events and causes of majeure forces where Agriturismo Summer can’t mange despite good behavior.
- Thefes and losses objects.
