Ariosto called “Garfagnana land of wolfes and thieves...”
but somebody make of this area his paradise. This little
valley preserves a lot of things...History and nature are
hided in the little medieval villages on the top of the
hills. That dominates the bottom of the valley. Veni like
other villages is witness of an old borderland, that waged
everyday war against the near village. Today it is a little
village with about 80 people. A special place where you acan
have a relaxant holiday.
